When you go into a retail store to buy something do you consciously recognize the quality of customer service you receive? I sure do.
If I receive great customer service, it is very likely that I am going to buy something rather than to go and shop at another store… AND… I am more than likely going to tell my friends and family about the great experience I had.
BUT…
If I receive bad customer service, it is very likely that I am not going to buy anything and I will probably go to the store’s competition and purchase something from them… PLUS… I am probably going to share my negative experience with my friends and family.
Retail stores are constantly trying to upgrade and refine customer service so their customers will not only continue to shop with them, but so their customers will encourage their friends and family to shop at the store as well.
Why don’t church’s do that?
This week I am going to break down customer service as it pertains to to the church.
